Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a relaxing and invigorating therapy that helps in relaxing major muscle groups and ease away most pain by manipulation of soft tissue. This technique includes long gliding strokes, kneading, compression, vibration and tapotement. 60/75/90 Min sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue is similar to Swedish massage, but the technique focuses on the deepest layer of muscles to target adhesions and release chronic muscle tension. 60/75/90 Min sessions.

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. 60/75/90 Min sessions.

Synergetic Myofascial Release

Synergetic Myofascial Therapy is a specialized type of massage that really moves the fascial tissue which is the web of fibrous tissue that binds our bodies, covering virtually every muscle, joint and organ. New research shows that this tissue is key to our mobility, posture and flow.  This is an advanced deep tissue process that provides effective and lasting results. Each session includes neck and back work. Each session lasts approximately 90-120 mins.

PreNatal Massage

Massage created just for mothers-to-be, focusing on relieving stress caused by pregnancy. 60 mins.

Thai Massage on the Table

Sometimes referred to as Thai Yoga or "Lazy Man's Yoga"  looks like a cross between acupressure, yoga , and zen shiatsu and is inspired by Buddhist teachings. The actual massage consists of slow, rhythmic compressions and stretches along the body's energy lines. The full body session is 60-75 mins long.
